Shape Up Mums understands that starting back into exercise after having a baby can be a daunting experience. Why not make it as easy as possible, and exercise with your Mother’s group or a group of friends with babies/children? This way you get to have a social catch up, at the same time as doing some exercise.
A Shape Up Mums private Mother’s Group session is tailored to cater for the specific fitness levels of the group. As with every Shape Up Mums exercise session, we place a large emphasis on Mums exercising safely. Our exercise program has been developed in consultation with pelvic floor specialised physios, to ensure that every exercise has a safe option for new mums.
As with every Shape Up Mums exercise session, we welcome young children and babies. Our classes combine a variety of cardio (walking or running, boxing), resistance/strength exercises, flexibility, core stability and pelvic floor exercises.
To organise a Shape Up Mums private Mother’s group session we require 6 committed Mums! By choosing this option the cost per session is only $20, and you can choose a time and location that suits your group of friends.
