The Building Strength studio is our home based PT studio located in Surrey Hills and is where owner and head coach Jess Rodriguez will conduct all 1 on 1 and semi private coaching. Here you will work closely with Jess in strength sessions designed specifically for your needs. Building strength and confidence in your body post pregnancy is very important and Jess at the Building Strength Studio has the tools and resources to help you achieve this. Jess is an evidence based coach with qualifications in Pre & Post Natal Coaching and Womens Coaching Specialist through the Girls Gone Strong Certifications. Children are 100% welcome at the studio with a small section of the studio dedicated to them away from the equipment.

There are two coaching options available, 1 on 1 and semi private. 1 on 1 is exactly how it sounds and semi private is sessions in groups of 3. Bookings are made directly through Jess with prices below.
