Try this energy boosting Green Goodness smoothie for a low calorie detoxifying breakfast or a energy boosting snack!
Serves 1:
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup of baby spinach
- 1 small Lebanese cucumber
- 1 lemon, peeled and seeds removed
- 2cm piece of fresh ginger, peeled
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
- 2 cups of water
METHOD
Place all ingredients in a blender until smooth
