These sessions will start promptly at 6am, and be an intense workout. Due to the unlikelihood of babies and children attending, these sessions will run for 45min. The 45minute session will be a higher intensity workout, with less breaks (as you won’t need to tend to your babies!).
We encourage mums to attend these sessions that have some base fitness, and are at least 6 months post-natal.
The session will conclude at 6.45am, to allow mums to return home and start their day.
The booking and cancellation cut off for these sessions will be 9pm on the previous evening (to allow our trainers to plan appropriately for the session). Should we experience inclement weather, you will be notified by your trainer by 5.40am.
